A little about me — I’m a product designer with over 10 years of experience creating data-driven design solutions that simplify complex problems through clear, engaging experiences.
I’m originally from Chicago and currently splitting time between Denver and Crested Butte, Colorado, where good design and ski town vibes keep me inspired.

Thirty Madison
Telehealth platform providing accessible women’s health services. Led design for the company’s most successful service launch (weight management), driving 20K new patients and $6M+ in revenue. Redesigned subscription and refill flows, reducing related cancellations and support messages by 74%.
2023 – PRESENT
Rhino
Security deposit insurance platform replaces traditional cash deposits with affordable coverage for property managers. Led design for renter-facing products, 0-1 renter’s insurance integration and launch, and a payment recovery initiative recovering $1M+ in revenue.

DispatchHealth
In-home urgent care platform combining technology-enabled logistics with clinical services. Led design across patient-facing and internal tools, improving appointment booking for patients and dispatch efficiency for care teams. Experience improvements resulted in a 32% increase in deductible collections, higher CSAT, and 32% less time spent on scene.
2020– 2021
Healthgrades
Healthgrades connects patients with providers using ratings, reviews, and performance data. Led redesign of all profile and search pages, leading to higher call conversion, more consumer engagement, and a net revenue of 2.7 million. Work to define standards for a newly-formed design system.
